We are on the lookout for a motivated and personable Retail Salesperson to join our welcoming showroom team. As a key player in our business, you will help customers select top-quality bathroom fittings, kitchen solutions, and tiles that match their personal style and budget.

Whether assisting with a full home renovation or helping a customer pick the perfect tiles for a small project, your expertise, enthusiasm, and creativity will be the driving force behind every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on bathroom, kitchen, and tile solutions.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Create design concepts and visualisations to help customers bring their dream spaces to life.
Process orders accurately and coordinate with the supply and delivery teams.
Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive showroom.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:
✔ Retail or sales experience in bathrooms, kitchens, or tiles (preferred).
✔ Strong customer service skills and a dedication to delivering an exceptional experience.
✔ A creative eye for design and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
✔ A team player mindset to collaborate and achieve sales goals.
✔ Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS systems and design software (training available).
